End User Agreement 

Cancelations – If a show is cancelled for any reason tickets will be refunded in full no more than 2 weeks following the show – Please allow additional time for processing as we do not control the transaction time for PayPal or financial institutions. 

Refunds – All sales are final other than in the case where a venue is forced to cancel a show or modify the lineup. 

Tickets – Tickets must be presented at the door (mobile or printed), failure to present your ticket will result in refusal of entry into the venue. 

Age of majority – If you are a minor, please verify if the show is accessible for all ages. Sounds of Ottawa is not responsible for the denial of entry based on age or improper identification. No refunds will be given for minors who buy tickets to age of majority shows or for patrons who are unable to present proper identification to enter the venue. 

Removal from shows – Tickets will not be refunded should you be removed from a show due to indecent behavior or for any other reason as deemed appropriate by the Venue.
