We are once again hosting our annual Celebrate Canada Music Day! All events will take place online event to cooperate with the Covid-19 protocols. Thanks to the generosity and sponsorship from the 2020 Metro Vancouver Cultural Grant, all events are free to participate and attend. Contact us at music@evcms.ca to see how you can participate! This year our celebration of Canadian music will feature three events:
1:00 pm—Celebrate Young Composers Masterclass with Guest Composer-in-Residence: Jordan Nobles
•participation open to student composers 19 and younger
•deadline for Masterclass submissions is Monday, February 1, 2021

•free and open for anyone to participate and attend
2:30 pm—Canadian Music Student Recital with Guest Composer-in-Residence: Jordan Nobles
•participation open to performers 19 and under
•deadline for recital application and recording link is Friday, February 5, 2021

•free and open for anyone to attend
4:00 pm—Concert of Canadian Music with Black Dog String Quartet
•free and open for anyone to attend​
